Returns

You have 7 days from the date of delivery to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.

Non-Returnable Items

Perishable goods such as food, flowers, or plants
Items that have been opened or partially used
Items purchased on sale or with special discounts

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@sarvochaahar.com with photos of the item and packaging.
